CONSENT

Client has reviewed samples of the artist's work and understands the kind of work that she does and understands that they will receive something similar.

The client is to provide clear photos of loved ones for me to draw. I reserve the right to refuse photos if I deem it unclear. I draw what I see.  If you think something needs to be tweaked, I will try my best to alter the existing piece to your satisfaction.  If changes are requested, it is at the clients risk.

Client must provide photos that are their property or are photos that they have permission to use for this purpose (such as from a pet photo session with a professional photographer). I, the artist, will not be held responsible for a client stealing images.

Reference photos are property of the client, even in digital form, and will be treated as such by the artist.  They will only be shared on social media by the artist with client permission (for the purpose of showcasing my work compared to the reference photo). The artist will not share reference photos without permission or for other reasons.

WHY THE PRICE TAG?

Here is a breakdown of why I charge what I charge:

- Mediums Used: Prismacolors, Lyra Pencils, Watercolors, etc are a very pretty penny but well worth it's professional ability.  Most of my kits have cost me anywhere between $50-300!

- Paper used: Although I do use normal paper if I am only creating something small, 95% of my artwork is done on Fabirano Artistico warmed pressed 320 weighted sheets; which are about $10 a page.

- Shipping Materials: Boxes and other small material used to ship cost between $12-20.  These figures depend on size of artwork.

- Paypal: Paypal charges ME 5% of whatever you pay me.

- Labor: When all costs are factored in, I'm really only charging myself $5 an hour. It is less than HALF of minimum wage in this province, but I love what I do and money won't change that. :)
